Kaitlyn and Wes invited me to their stunning outdoor desert wedding in a place I never knew existed; Terlinqua, Texas! Their day was elegant and timeless, with a small gathering of close friends + family.

Shooting both Super8 and film photography. We collaborated on an idea, starting back to front: what does the finished product look like? For them it was an old wooden box, inside a collection of odd sized photographs, the roll of Super8 film, along with nik-naks collected from their day such as dried flowers, bottle tops etc. A homemade time-capsule that doesn’t in any way look like something made by a “wedding vendor” - but by themselves.
